I'm thinking that I'm heading off into the outskirts of food...
ya know, the dude that likes all that crazy shit that most folks maybe don't much care for so much.... for example... I love blue cheese, pickled herring, smoked salmon, cherry bombs (rum soaked cherries), lamb of any variety (in fact, I make lamb burgers more often than hamburgers!), salt and vinegar potato chips (probably one of the top three things I would choose to have if I were deserted on an island somewhere), venison brats, anything slathered in hot sauce of any variety... Indian food - love that shit!!! ... smoked anything... do they smoke a Snickers bar???? .... need I go on?????
The problem here is that I live with a Scottish/Finland/northern Minnesotan wife that thinks ketchup is spicy! I try and try to tempt her with some chicken vindaloo or spice rubbed beef ribs but, alas, I am shot down in favor of spaghetti (though I like that too!) or something of the like.
Variety is the spice of life peoples! Try something new this week!!

Know the feeling man, Lack of flavor and spice runs rampant here as well. No hot sauce, peppers of any sort, none of that shit. She'd rather have ribs plain at times. WTF is Up With That? Jalapenos, and Hot italian sausage. MMM love it, but burns the ass comin out. Love that shit up, but it don't love me back?
Jason wants to know if you've ever had a lamb shank with Barbara Hernandez?
Lamb shank with Barbara Hernandez?
Hmmmm.... I do recall a Barbara Hernandez but I can't recall if she had a taste of the "lamb shank" or not...
my stupid ass husband is a big dueche bag! He is correct I do not like ribs, but I enjoy most everything else. If I was not a good cook do you think he would still carry his portly size?
